Reason Scuttle is blushing is because he's EMBARRASSED that Dennis caught him at his minimum wage shit job at J.J. Scoops. And HE IS UNIMPRESSED!! That's why he used the NOT IMPRESSED FACE!! xD mkasasjdhja. But idk why Scuttle is so surprised, Dennis always goes to get seasalt icecream there. xD cause you know...its salty and dennis likes salt licks.

Dennis made Scuttle have a surprise party, (j.j. scoops hosts them xD ) and yeah....that was Sally. Dennis knew she was going to go to jj scoops later because she knows Knaw goes there with Skeet everyday after school to see Scuttle (and get free samples) x3 DONT WORRY! well . . . nana is pretty deadly and is clever enough to outwit scuttle so that would work to her advantage. plus scuttle seems like the type to just pounce at her and expect to hit the target. so yeah . . .
